After the success of the SUBSONICA 2024 TOUR in the arenas this spring, this new tour – always produced by Live Nation – it’s an opportunity to experience all their power on stage once again. Subsonica will also be among the protagonists of the Eolie Music Fest 2024 with an exclusive acoustic set, scheduled for July 5th in Santa Marina di Salina.
Guest of the summer events will be Ensi which, together with Willie Peyote, constitutes the only feat. inside the album “Realtà Augmented”, in the song “The Bubble Bursts”. The video (produced by Comodo64 and directed by Ivan Cazzola) of the single was shot during the SUBSONICA 2024 TOUR. Live images and backstage intimacy alternate to show all the colors and energy shared in the stages of a tour that managed to combine the great technological and scenographic expression of a spectacular stage with the human energy of a band that, after almost 30 years of history, continues to spare nothing.
The arena tour and the summer tour bring the songs from the new album to life live “Augmented reality”, released last January 12th: the album is made up of eleven songs – written over the course of 2023 – which have absorbed a lot of reality in the sounds, rhythms and words. These songs zoom between pixels of everyday life and cosmic visions, between luminous energies and shadows, between present and future, always traveling on an enveloping rhythmic track.
The album was followed by the release, on March 22, ofEP of “Universo”containing the original single (fourth track of “Realtà Augmented”) and three remixes edited by Indian Wells, Ivreatronic he was born in Bufufer collective. In recent weeks, Subsonica have made the separate tracks of the vocals and individual instruments of “Universo” available on their social channels, inviting the band’s fans to use them to create their own remixes with the promise of publishing one. The initiative had a huge following and success, to the point that At least 70 remix versions of the song have been received. Subsonica have decided to select 3 of them – Cuperose (Andrea Privitera), Fractae (Paolo Caruccio) and Koko (Alessandro Ballarini) – to which is added a purely orchestral version donated by Davide Rossi, violinist, arranger and conductor, winner of numerous Grammys, who had already taken part in the arrangements of the song. The winning songs of the “Universo Remix Contest” and the track by Davide Rossi are now available on all digital platforms.

SUBSONICA – BIOGRAPHY
The Subsonics they are an Italian electronic rock band born in Turin in 1996 from the union of some exponents of the alternative music scene: Samuel (singer), Max Casacci (producer and guitarist), Boosta (keyboard player), Ninjas (drummer), e Fabulous (bassist), who replaced Pierfunk in 1999. The band, influenced by underground rhythms and experimental sound languages, revolutionized the scene and created a recognizable sound, combining electronic sounds, Italian melodic incisiveness and great energy on stage. Subsonica are, in fact, unanimously appreciated for the power of their live performance. Numerous awards and recognitions have been collected, including: Amnesty Italia Award, MTV Europe Music Award, Italian Music Award, Italian Music Award, Grinzane Cavour Award, TRL Award, and a participation in the Sanremo Festival. In their career they have released the albums: “Subsonic” released in 1997, “Emotional microchip” of 1999, “Amorematic” of 2002 that matters 100,000 copies sold,”Terrestrial” of 2005, 110,000 copies sold,”The eclipse” of 2007, “Eden” of 2011, platinum certified,”A Ship in a Forest” of 2014, platinum certifiedthe 2008 collection “In the void by the hand 1997/2007”, certified platinumAnd “8”, released on 12 October 2018 followed by a European tour in December 2018, the Italian tour in the arenas (February 2019) and summer dates in the main Italian festivals. Friday 24 April 2020 is published “Instrumental Mental”, Subsonica’s ninth unreleased album, recorded in 2004. The album release was followed by the tour of the same name which, after being postponed due to the health emergency, started on 1 April 2022 and was sold out. The tour follows the summer one which in 2021 touched various squares and outdoor venues throughout Italy. The summer tour follows in July 2022 ATMOSPHERIC 2022 with which the band celebrated the twentieth anniversary of AmorematicSubsonica’s third album, released on January 11, 2002. During the 80th edition of the Venice Film Festival, Subsonica were awarded the Special Soundtrack Stars Award for the music of “Adagio”, a film by Stefano Sollima. On October 20, 2023 “Fist of Sand”, the new single which – together with the song “Morning of Light” – anticipates the the band’s tenth studio album “Augmented Reality”, out January 12, 2024. 2024 sees them return to perform in the main Italian arenas with the SUBSONICA 2024 TOURand in the main Italian summer festivals with THE BUBBLE TOURdeparting May 31st.
