Tortoreto gains a sail
This year, the most striking news is represented by the rise of Tortoreto, which goes from 3 to 4 Sails. This leap in quality not only rewards the efforts made by the locality in terms of sustainability and scenic beauty, but also highlights the growing attention towards the protection of natural habitats and biodiversity.
No less significant are the reconfirmations for Pineto, Rocca San Giovanni and Silvi, which maintain their status as a 4 Sails resort. These areas continue to stand out for the quality of their crystal clear waters, unique landscapes and a constant commitment to protecting the marine and terrestrial environment.
For the second consecutive year, Scanno confirms itself at the top with its “5 Sails”, testifying to the excellence achieved in the field of lake tourism. Another important innovation concerns the special recognition of “common friends of sea turtles”. Among these are Pineto, Rocca San Giovanni, Silvi, Torino di Sangro and Tortoreto who can now display the flag dedicated to the protection of Caretta caretta turtles. A strong symbol of the commitment to the conservation of marine biodiversity.
