Benevento – The union meeting of the Provincial Secretariat of the SIM Carabinieri Benevento took place in the splendid Locanda Manzi in the municipality of Faicchio (BN). The assembly elected, with the unanimity of the voters, the Provincial General Secretary of Benevento Giovanni De Luca and the Deputy Provincial General Secretary Marino Sasso. On this occasion, the other members of the Provincial Secretariat were elected: Carmine Antonio Nocera and Vincenzo Pio Follo, both Provincial Secretaries, as well as Odoacre Fucci, Filippo Centola and Luciano Velardi as Provincial Councillors. The event also saw the participation of the Regional General Secretary, Alessandro Di Giorgio, and the Regional Deputy General Secretary Werner Iacobelli. The Regional General Secretary, in opening the congress, illustrated the results achieved by the Carabinieri SIM in Campania and urged the newly elected to provide maximum commitment and support to their colleagues, protecting the women and men in uniform of the Carabinieri Provincial Command of Benevento. This was followed by greetings from the Provincial General Secretary of Benevento Giovanni De Luca who thanked everyone for the consensus obtained by immediately committing himself to the well-being of the members in order to consolidate the primacy of the SIM in the Province of Benevento. An event enriched by the participation of Vincenzo Piscopo, member of the National Board of Directors and Head of the Department for Causes of Service and Victims of Duty and the other Regional and Provincial Secretaries who attended.
