“Science Festival! 2024” | appointments, exhibitions and workshops at the Scientific Technological Center – University of Ferrara

Two days of events, exhibitions and interactive educational workshops, engaging workshops and fascinating conferences will enliven the Scientific Technological Center of the University of Ferraraon the occasion of “Science Festival! 2024”.

The initiative is held Saturday 29 June 2024 from 2.30 pm to 7.00 pm And Sunday 30 June from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 18:30.

The event is organized byNOVA Association, which for years has been involved in the design of laboratories and educational experiments at schools of all levels, training of teachers and educational seminars, and from Irreducible Scientistsin collaboration with Centesi amateur astronomers, Persicetan amateur astronomers And AVISand sponsored byUniversity of Ferrara, City of Ferrara And INFN (National Institute of Nuclear Physics).

“The intent of the event is to convey the passion for science, showing how fun is closely linked to curiosity and the emotion of discovery; through laboratories, educational activities and exhibits, numerous scientific topics related to the theme of space will be covered” states the Dr. Linda Polastripresident of NOVA.

The experience of the exhibition was designed in particular to school age children (6-20 years)but the workshops and topics covered are structured to fascinate visitors of all ages. The day’s program includes short activities (about 10 minutes) and workshops by reservation (about 1 hour).
