“With Mastour, mistakes were certainly made, I was responsible so I feel responsible, because this boy was not given time to overcome the difficulties, we leveled them in front of him, and therefore this did not allow him to overcome the classic frustrations that occur in the adolescent phase, but not only in the growth of a young footballer, I always thought everything was easy. At a certain point there was no more growth, there was no more improvement, and therefore he found himself with difficulties. The people around him, who gave him enormous opportunities, but maybe they didn’t manage them in the right way.
