Scholarships up for grabs for a training period abroad

Promoted by Intercultura e supported by the Pesenti Ets Foundation, the Unicredit Foundation and the Agnelli Foundationthe project is now in its third edition and is offering scholarships to attend a school term abroad at no cost, welcomed into local families and assisted by Intercultura volunteers. Deserving students residing in Campania, Lombardy and Piedmont participated. The winners were awarded today, Monday 24 June, in the Milanese headquarters of the Pesenti Foundation during a ceremony introduced by Carlo Pesentipresident of the Pesenti Ets Foundation, and by Giorgio Barba Navaretti of the University of Milan.

Since the demand for technical and specialist training is growing to respond to changes in the world of work and the new needs of companies, it is even more important to invest in the training of tomorrow’s talents. This need is particularly felt by the three Foundations, who have decided to support the project again as important training opportunity for the future of new generations and to encourage dialogue between cultures and international youth exchanges.
