Chiari (Brescia), 24 June 2024 – The centre-right candidate Gabriele Zotti was elected with 52.4% of the votes as the new mayor of Chiari, in the province of Brescia. The civic exponent was defeated in the runoff Domenico Codoni, which stops at 47.6%. Zotti, the outgoing minority councilor, was supported by the Brothers of Italy, the League and the Civic list with Zotti, which brings together the Centro Union, Forza Italia and Ideal Lombardy.
