From the myth of the “green” and “smart” urban transition – think of the new frontier of “clean nuclear”, of which Turin-based startup Newcleo is the leader – to that of the “transition towards a decarbonised army” within the US, EU and NATO, energy diversification understood as a driving force of the war-world in which we live is a battlefield on which military restructuring is played out as well as the possibilities and forms of life in this city:
