Luigi Passino back to Raimond Sassari. The coach who led the rossoblu to the triumph in the Italian Cup in the 2022/2023 season, winning in Salsomaggiore Terme in the final against Conversano, will be the new manager of the technical area of the Sardinian team. After the reinforcements to the roster with the arrivals of the full-back Hamidovic and the pivot Miri, the association chaired by Luana Morreale decides to make use of the experience of its former coach by entrusting him with a different, but fundamental role within the company organization chart.
Luigi Passino will be a support figure for the teams with which Raimond Sassari will present themselves at the starting line in the 2024/2025 season. Not only will the “seniors” be able to make use of his experience, the former coach will also supervise the rossoblù youth sector and will be responsible for the various school projects that the club will carry out as every year, as has practically always happened.

The bond that keeps me united with the club is based on respect and friendship, I return with great enthusiasm and a lot of motivation. I believe that after five seasons as head coach my role had to take on different connotations. I will carefully follow the various teams, from A Gold to the youth teams and the Promotional, leaving total freedom of action to the technicians who will however be able to count on my experience. I will also be involved in the School Planning of the Province, where Raimond has already demonstrated in recent years that it knows how to work in a serious and constructive manner”
