High pace and many duels in the initial phase of the match: Caso Naturale and Simonetti try to trigger Malafronte, but the defense controls. In the other half of the pitch the guests kicked towards the goal in the 8th minute with Palermo after a clearance from Baumwollspinner, his right-footed volley ends up at the back. The second half opens with Scarlato’s boys always in the offensive zone, despite the advantage they gained at the end of the half. The final for the guests becomes further complicated in the 55th minute when Palermo, already booked, intervenes late on Tarascio and gets the second yellow: Modica outnumbered for most of the second half. In the 60th minute Matute anticipated everyone after a free kick and headed past the goalkeeper for Campania’s second goal. Just as happened in the first leg, Guarracino put his signature on the match: in the 66th minute the attacker, having just entered the pitch, was ready for a cross from the flag and scored the hat trick. In the 72nd minute there was also room for Di Paola in the scorers’ scoresheet: the ten scored following an assist from Caso Naturale and with the gored he scored a poker. Little else in the final minutes, the hosts manage and celebrate their promotion to Serie D at the final whistle.
