Pompeii too strong, Modica football loses the final for Serie D

Modica football suffered a severe lesson at Bellucci in Pompeii. After losing at home with a result of 2-1 last Sunday, this afternoon in Campania, Alessandro Settineri’s team was forced to raise the white flag. Pompeii’s team was too strong and beat their opponents with a final score of 4-0 after the first 45 minutes of play had ended with a score of 1-0 for the locals.

In the second half, Modica went unbalanced and Pompei managed to take off until they created a practically unbridgeable deficit for Radenza and Pitino’s club. A real shame because Modica had managed to galvanize the environment and, above all, to ensure that an extraordinary group of spectators from Modica were present in Pompeii.
