“The praise and thanks of the Uilpa Penitentiary Police go to the Nic, to its director, first director Ezio Giacalone, and to the other police forces who have once again patched up the multiple flaws in the penitentiary system which is adrift – continues Uilpa. But it is clear that the problems remain”, adds secretary De Fazio.
