Music and typical products with Vicoli di gusto – L’Aquila

SAN VINCENZO ROVETO VALLEY. The appointment with “Vicoli di gusto” is back, now in its tenth edition. The cellars of Roccavivi, a hamlet of San Vincenzo Valle Roveto, open to the event which welcomes the summer season and enhances the folklore and food and wine tradition of the area. There will be two days dedicated to the charm of the alleys of the historic village. The event, organized by the Pro Loco, together with the municipal associations, and sponsored by the Municipality, will take place from 6pm on Friday 28th and from 12pm on Saturday 29th June. It will be possible to taste typical products and dishes of the Roveto Valley. The arrangements that will embellish the alleys of the center will be taken care of by the women of the Pro loco. On the main street of the town the “market of typical products, crafts, paintings, collectibles and objects”, organized by “Back in Time” by Emanuele Sonaglia. For the occasion, a dense and varied program was structured, with side activities dedicated to experiential well-being, such as the trekking “Between springs and fountains” organized by the Terrenostre community cooperative, starting on Saturday at 8.30.
Also on Saturday, at 12.30, the inauguration of the panel of the Walk on the border of the brigand Chiavone, by the Amici di Chiavone association. Finally, in the afternoon the appointment with the parade of the Dancing majorettes group of Mentana, which will cross the town. The two evenings will instead be dedicated to music, with the eagerly awaited DJ sets. On Friday from 11.30pm the performance of SeverensSaturday at the same time the artist Alex Di Sano. «The event is part of the context of valorising the territory and artisanal products which we have been involved in for years. It is a well-defined path, which starts from the oil and slowly extends to the entire local heritage. The peculiarity of this event is the suggestion of the ancient village”, he said Carlo Rossimayor of San Vincenzo Valle Roveto.
«For the occasion, the Cooperative has studied a new trekking route, accessible to all. We want to make known the beauties of this land.
