AND passed away yesterday (June 22), at the age of 67, on Dr. Gianbattista Spagnoli, a leading figure in Emilia-Romagna healthcare.
After the roles of health director in Cesena from 1998 to 1999, at the Bologna Local Health Authority from 2000 to 2002, at the Parma hospital from 2003 to 2005, in November 2005 he was appointed by the then general director Mario Tubertini health director of the Imola Local Health Authority, a position he held for 9 yearsuntil March 2014 when he accepted the challenge to the newly formed Romagna Local Health Authority.
He then returned to Imola in April 2022, this time as medical director of Montecatone SpA, again alongside Mario Tubertini, director of the Imola rehabilitation institute.
