Ted Bee talks about his experience in Busto Arsizio prison with Play2Give

With Ted Bee and his testimony, Play2Give, the former Hip Hop national team, wanted to pay an important tribute to the work of all the educators who work in prison facilities after the sporting event with the inmates of last June 15th thanks to the Trecci cooperative and Gianmarco Duina .
“It had already happened to me to enter a prison, many years ago, to deliver packages to an inmate friend, but thanks to Play 2 Give, during these two games with the Busto boys I had the opportunity to live a truly “immersive” experience ”.
Prison represents the great removed of our society. I have met many young people full of dreams and talent who, often just because they have not had the same luck in life as me, are not currently in a position to express it.
I believe that those who have institutional responsibilities should experience days like ours to understand how much human capital, infinitely rich, is parked in prisons and not adequately valorised.
I was also struck by the sacrifice and availability of the volunteers who, despite a thousand difficulties, propose growth and sharing initiatives to the children. Yes, they are authentic superheroes who deserve to be the true influencers of our communities!”
