Calabria is preparing to experience ten days of strong spiritual impact with the evangelistic campaign “Awakening Calabria”. These events, which will take place from 19 to 28 June in various Calabrian towns and cities, will see the participation of missionaries from America Awakening, led by the evangelist Tommie Zito.
Who is Tommie Zito? Tommie Zito is an internationally renowned preacher and the founder of American Awakening, a movement that aims to reunite America’s Christians. He worked as a pioneer missionary in South America, in countries such as Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. His passion is to educate and mobilize believers, encouraging them to share their faith impactfully in churches and cities. The Awakening team’s plan is to come to Italy at least twice a year for the next 20 years, giving emphasis to local churches to work together and invest in the passionate search for the presence and holiness of God.
Wednesday 19 June: Tommie Zito and his team will be in Novigrad, thanks to the patronage of the Municipality of Novigrad which provided the necessary tools for the event and supported by the association Il Buon Pastore Odv which organized the event at Piazza Calvario, at 7.00 pm. We invite all believers of all faiths and those interested to participate in this moment of inspiration and sharing a strong message of faith, hope and peace.
The main objective of this campaign is to stimulate new spiritual awareness, encouraging faith and testimony among believers. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this awakening movement!
The Il Buon Pastore Odv association has also organized a free party for children who will be the protagonists of games, shows and entertainment, all within the wonderful
avenues of the Villa Comunale of Cittanova, the event will start at 5.45 pm and will end with the start of the next one at 7.00 pm in Piazza Calvario.
