Pesaro, the music video award goes to Simone Bozzelli

Pesaro.- Time for the first awards at the 60th edition of the Pesaro International Film Festival.

This edition also paid homage to music and its multifaceted universes, celebrating classical music and the most experimental and contemporary music.

The fourth edition of was dedicated to the very vital world of video clips VEDOMUSICA which presented during the week the six finalists of the best 20 Italian video clips, defined and voted through a specific social contest and then voted by a professional jury composed of Fairy tale by Martino, Fabio Bobbio and Carlo Griseri.

The VEDOMUSICA Award 2024 He went to Simone Bozzelli for the video clip VITAMIN LIFE by Tripolar with the following motivation: “Combining different shooting techniques and focusing on an essential staging, Bozzelli focuses his gaze on the portrait of the body (of bodies), projecting Tripolare’s musical performance into a kaleidoscopic flow of images and rhythms. The result is a hypnotic and original work, which confirms the author’s talent in knowing how to create and give us generational visual imaginaries.”

Simone Bozzelli, born in Abruzzo in 1994, is a director with numerous short films presented at various international festivals and already has a feature film to his credit, Patagonia, presented in competition in Locarno in 2023.
