The Fantoni Group has completed the supply of 1,400 workstations for the new headquarters of the Piedmont Region in Turin, designed by star architect Massimiliano Fuksas. Started in 2018, therefore also going through the years of the pandemic, the order has a value of 13 million euros and involved the supply of furnishings and phone booths, largely personalized, in the 80 thousand square meters of the new Tower, where all the offices so far scattered throughout the city have been concentrated. The installation took place in several phases and covered 37 floors above ground (from the 4th to the 41st floor), as well as other special areas and some furnishings on the two underground floors.
“The new headquarters of the Piedmont Region – comments the commercial director of Fantoni spa, Alessandro Fantoni – represents a project of enormous dimensions, in terms of architecture, organizational complexity, construction times, companies involved and number and type of users . We are, therefore, satisfied and proud to have been “protagonist actors” in one of the most important investments in office real estate made in Italy in the last fifteen years”.
The Fantoni team worked closely with the Financial Resources and Heritage Directorate of the Piedmont Region, represented by the architect Francesca Tangi, with the Rup engineer Anna Maria Facipieri and with the GTP architecture studio directed by the architect Michele Aruanno. The Friulian group has thus created, within open spaces, latest generation smart stations, characterized by high levels of comfort, perfect acoustic management and digital technologies.
