It was presented this morning at the headquarters of Naval League Of Crotonethe XXIII edition of the national event “SottoSopra” promoted byAnpis (National Association for social inclusion) in collaboration with Area Tour, the Pythagorean and Cariati Naval League, the Jobel Consortium and with the patronage of the participating municipalities.
The mayor presented the initiative Vincenzo Vocethe national president of Anpis Roberto Grellonithe tourism councilor Maria Brunithe president of the Naval League Gianni Liotti. The president of the III Council Commission was present Antonella Passalacqua and the new regional representative Anpis Stefano Liotti.
Anpis is a reality operating on the entire national territory where in the last 24 years it has started interesting experiences in favor of citizens with mental distress through the help of sports disciplines, implemented with cultural, theatrical and musical activities.
Everything will take place from 3 to 8 June and will see the participation of approximately 600 people with problems, who will experience a week together with operators, volunteers and family members.
They will participate in scheduled events ranging from sport to music through theatre, boat excursions and boat trips discovery of the territorystreet artistic events and meetings related to the themes of social inclusion with the participation of citizens and the institutions.
In the city, in particular, they will visit the Charles V CastleThe museum and gardens of Pythagoras and the archaeological area and the archaeological museum of Capo Colonnawith the aim of giving participants a unique experience and discovering the natural beauty of the area.
