He damages cars parked in different areas of the city and threatens the officers

Late on Tuesday evening, the emergency number “112 NUE” received a report at the Police Headquarters Operations Center regarding a man who was damaging cars parked in Via di Novacella.

The Police Headquarters crews arrived immediately at the reported location and within a few moments managed to identify the reported subject still intent on damaging a car.

Blocked and placed in a non-harm condition, the individual was identified: he is a twenty-four-year-old Iraqi citizen with numerous criminal records, including threats, injuries and refusal to provide information on his identity.

Although the Police had tried in every way to calm the subject’s anger, he aggressively opposed the Agents’ orders, trying not only to persevere in his criminal action but also starting to rail against them, threatening to “make him pay and set him on fire”.

At that point the Policemen had nothing left to do but lead, with difficulty, to the Police Headquarters offices, where, after investigations by the Judicial Police, following which circumstantial elements were collected against the boy regarding his involvement in crimes of the same species in other areas of the city, particularly in the streets near Lungo Talvera, the latter has been reported to the judicial authorities for damage And threat to a public official.

In consideration of the seriousness of the subject’s behavior, the precedents against him and his irregular position in Italy, in parallel with the judicial process, the Police Commissioner of the Province of Bolzano, Paolo Sartoriissued a Expulsion Decree with contextual Expulsion Order from the National Territory.
