Around midnight, a police squad on duty intervened in Vicenza, in Viale Milano, where a dispute had been reported between a man and a woman who were fighting.

Once on site, the police identified a man of Tunisian origin and a woman of Italian origin, both homeless, who admitted that the dispute between them arose following the accusation made by the woman to the man of having stolen his phone smartphones. She charges that the man categorically declined.

In any case, upon completion of the check, the smartphone was not found available to either of the two contenders.

Furthermore, neither of them declared that they needed the assistance of health workers or medical treatment.

Upon closer inspection, the woman, born in 1996 and originally from the province of Padua, appeared to have moved away from home in recent weeks, so much so that her father had reported her missing.

The Police, therefore, contacted the woman’s father by telephone, reporting to him that she had been found in Vicenza in the circumstances described above.

In the meantime, the young woman was taken to the police station for the notification of judicial documents relating to proceedings underway against her.

The father, having taken note of the voluntary removal of his adult daughter, declared that in the next few days he would withdraw the missing person report.
