Luca Galassi is a new player of Fiorenzuola Basketball 1972. Born in 1999, the Venetian play-guard will play the 2024/25 season of the Old Wild West National Serie B championship in Val d’Arda. Born in Mirano (Venice), Galassi (185 cm tall) began playing basketball for Reyer Venezia, then moved to Crabs Rimini in 2013, where he finished his youth career. In the 2017/2018 season he splits his time between Crabs Rimini (Serie B) and Titano San Marino (Serie C Gold Emilia Romagna), a club he joined in January and managed to have continuity of performance. In 2018/19 he played a championship as a protagonist in Serie D at Bellaria Basket, before taking flight towards Serie C Gold. In this category Galassi is a true star, wearing the jerseys of Virtus Medicina (2019/20), Basket Lugo (2020/21) and Virtus Imola, the club with which he won promotion to Serie B Old Wild West in 2022. The excellent season played earned him reconfirmation, and also in Serie B Old Wild West 2022/2023 he is a great driving force with 15.6 points on average in 26 games played, leading Raggisolaris Faenza in the last championship to focus on him for Group B of Serie B National Old Wild West 2023/2024, season in which Luca averages 8.6 points per season.
