The municipal council approved in last night’s session, in the presence of the mayor Enrico Trantino, the draft agreement for the assignment of the municipal treasury service for the year 2024.
The Civic Assembly, chaired by Sebastiano Anastasi, gave the document the green light with 23 councilors in favour, five against and one abstention.
The Administration, underlined the budget councilor Giuseppe Marletta, has presented a remodulation of the agreement scheme which, among other things, introduces the “agreement commission” also called “funds availability commission”within the limits of the law.
The document, based on the model proposed by the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), adequately takes into consideration the emerging “bankability” needs of the municipal treasury service.
Following the approval of the new agreement scheme, a new public tender will be held for the assignment of the municipal treasury service.
During the session the chamber also expressed its opinion in favor of two motions.
The first, presented by councilor Maurizio Mirenda, concerns the installation of Schuko connections in the charging stations of electric cars”, necessary for minicars used mainly by children and with a reduced autonomy.
The second motion, proposed by the president of the VIII council commission, Melania Miraglia and by the members, commits the Administration to “Publish the need for passengers with reduced mobility and passengers suffering from autism spectrum disorder to notify the air carrier in time” to guarantee better comfort.
