The event will allow us to address the main issues of great legal relevance that arose following the entry into force of the Cartabia Reform. One year after its entry into force, it will also be an opportunity to take stock of the efficiency of the legislation reforming civil proceedings, also in light of the imminent publication of the corrective decree thereto.
