Marco Bocci could not have given a better compliment to Senigallia and its citizens. Filming of the first season of the new TV series “Alex Bravo, cop in his own way” has definitively ended, and in saying goodbye to the velvet beach Marco Bocci, protagonist of the drama, declared his true love for the city.

The beloved actor, who in these six months of filming did not spare himself in giving selfies and autographs to the many fans, demonstrating great humility and kindness, greeted the city on Friday by meeting the Municipal Administration and on the occasion he revealed that he was looking for a house to buy right in Senigallia. “Yes, it’s true, I’m looking for a house because it’s a wonderful city, close to my home in Umbria, and the people are really warm and hospitable, I’d like to live here too, can you help me look for it?” -smiles Bocci. But he is serious when he thanks the city for its hospitality over these six months (filming began in January). “I am one of the few Umbrians who had never been to Senigallia but having discovered it in this context was a surprise – he says Bocci– when you are away from home for many months, away from your family, working 6 days a week, even with a nice environment around you everything becomes tiring and heavy because you only focus on work from morning to night and that environment suffocates you. Here however it was different, I leave Senigallia with regret and nostalgia because we were welcomed with enthusiasm, kindness, cordiality and I hope that this relationship continues for many years”.

“It is I who thank you on behalf of the city because you have been discreet and at the same time available and you will make the name of Senigallia known – replies the mayor Massimo Olivetti– I hope that this beautiful and fruitful collaboration can continue”. And in fact it will be like this, at least for another year. The series will be broadcast in prime time on channel 5 in late autumn, early spring but the production has already signed the contract to shoot, again depending on the season, the filming of which will begin in early 2025. For Senigallia, the great media visibility given by the small screen continues since the fiction has as its subtitle precisely Alex Bravo, “a sheriff in Senigallia”.

The female protagonist of the fiction also leaves the city with a little love in her mouth, Federica De Benedict. “I’m sure all the love we’ve received will also be seen on the screen – adds Federica – in this city you never get bored, every night there’s an event, a city in great excitement. The production 11 Marzo Film and the director are also satisfied with the union Beniamino Catena which underlines how, “in addition to the beauty of the places, what was striking was the warm welcome of the city, a condition that is absolutely not to be taken for granted”.
