“The Crystal Garden” by Laura Bendoni presents SO HAM THE BREATH OF LIFE at Parco Friuli in Aprilia, on 22 and 23 June, the scene of a true holistic village dedicated to the well-being of body and soul.
The association The crystal garden by Laura Bendoni, who has always been a promoter of initiatives aimed at awakening a spiritual conscience with the numerous opportunities that an integrated and harmonious vision of the world can offer, organizes this event right in the center of the city, in one of the historic parks. It will be an important moment that will be able to grant moments of reflection and self-care to anyone who wants to experiment and learn about disciplines and resources based on the awareness that the body must be perceived globally and in union with the mind. Experts in the sector will be able to lead visitors to the knowledge of holistic practices such as astrology, crystal therapy, herbal medicine, reiki, symbolic constellations, gongs and sound massage, energetic rebalancing of the chakras and many other topics that put the human person at the centre. Numerous partners and sponsors who believed in the project and contributed to the realization of the event. The park spaces will host thematic corners, experiential workshops, stands of holistic products from 10.00 to 21.00 and there will be no shortage of refreshment points for visitors.
