We start with the prospect of continuing to improve the service and the data gives us hope, given that in the last three years we have achieved very important numbers, between 150 thousand and 200 thousand passengers and we hope to continue on this path. Listening to the requests from the territories, the reconfirmed experimental stages, the timely evaluation to identify the most popular coastal locations, the functionality of the route are the elements that make SalentoinBus a concrete response to the needs of the territory and tourism. Thanks to STP and the other carriers, thanks to the provincial offices who worked hard for this result which pushes Salento to take a further step forward towards protagonism on the national tourism scene.” Roberto Serra, director of the Transport Service, relaunched: «SalentoinBus is a project of strategic importance for the development of the Salento area and its attractiveness, improved year after year to allow sustainable mobility for the whole of Salento. The service responds to the demand of the various territorial areas, focusing on a specific period, based on tourist flows and user requests recorded periodically with the collaboration of the carriers. Detailed information on routes and timetables is available on the institution’s website and direct assistance to users will be guaranteed through the Province’s Public Relations Office.”
