The Gardens of Sant’Andrea in Treviso are about to be reborn thanks to IN LUCE, an innovative and engaging project.

Powered by BAM! Art Events, Treviso Art District and Municipality of Treviso, the initiative aims to achieve the artistic, cultural and social regeneration of this historic area. Through the collaboration of local businesses, commercial activities, restaurants and the citizens themselves, the Gardens of Sant’Andrea will become a place where art and conviviality will come together, creating a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere.

A month, from 21 June to 21 July 2024, full of daily events designed for all age groups. Among the new features, food trucks and picnic area, which will allow visitors to take a gastronomic break accompanied by a glass of Prosecco DOC and relax under the trees of the green area. The companies that will support this project are: Anna Spinato, Brilla!, La Marca, La Tordera, Le Rive, Maschio dei Cavalieri, Masottina, Progetti Divini, Val D’Oca.

There will also be cultural events, which will enliven the space talks with artists and critics of the sector; artistic installations displayed in rotation, which will make each visit a unique experience; nationally and internationally renowned artists who will create live performances and interventions site-specificactively involving the community.

Various activities will be organised, such as workshops for adults which will range from painting to embroidery. Particular attention will be paid to children and teenagers, with a new play area and projects in collaboration with local schools, such as animated readings, safety courses, shared games and birthday parties. These events will promote youth education and interaction, creating a safe and fun environment for little ones.

The Consortium invites all citizens to discover and frequent the renovated Gardens of Sant’Andrea, participating in the planned activities, enjoying art and nature and contributing to the rebirth of a place that will become the beating heart of Treviso.
