With the Luminara Tournament in Pisa, the Under 15 by Sodini closes the 2023/2024 season, celebrating a well-deserved second place.
Two intense days for the young Under 15s from Bcl: the first match scheduled for the red and whites was played last Saturday (15 June) at 11.30 am against Pallavolo Valdera, losing the match, then in the afternoon at 5.30 pm they made up for it by facing Dream Basket.
On Sunday, again at 11.30 am, Bcl took the field to face Gmv Basket, making the match its own and thus flying into the final.
Strengthened by the two victories achieved, at 5 pm, the Bc Lucca he showed up on the Pisan parquet to compete for the top step of the podium, waiting for coach Sodini’s boys was Pallacanestro Valdera, a more than difficult team for the red and whites who had already met him in the initial stages of the tournament and came out beaten. The desire to make up for it was great, but it went better in the final, the Valderini were too strong and won by a significant margin, climbing to the top step. Bcl deserves credit for second place, confirming the good growth path made during the year, which ended in Pisa with an excellent second place and a nice cup to show off.
