Accompanying the caption is the video from the surveillance cameras installed in the street by the municipal administration, where the woman can be seen carelessly walking away without collecting the small animal’s excrement.

One of the citizens’ favorite sports is to ask for the installation of video surveillance to monitor a bit of everything, only to then complain when they are detected carrying out violations and crimes. An uncivilized woman in Via G.Amendola is caught on video accompanying the dog to do its business on the street, avoiding picking up its excrement as required by the union ordinance”.
“The person is being identified and will be fined – continues -, but more than the fine it deserves a bad public image. The video surveillance systems in the city are very widespread and thanks to the cameras we are able to identify and sanction many violations of predatory, environmental and highway code crimes.”
“Obviously the dog is not at fault – concludes the tricolor band – if not that of accompanying yourself to an uncivilized person who doesn’t care about respecting the rules, decorum and hygiene of the city in which he lives.
