It will take place on Friday 21 June, from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, in the hall

of the Port Authority of Brindisi, the important high-level training meeting organized jointly between the Bar Association of Brindisi, the Foundation of this Order and the Higher School of the Magistracy, Territorial Training Structure of Lecce, dedicated to the “Civil Process one year after the entry into force of the Cartabia reform”.

The event will allow us to address the main issues of great legal relevance that arose following the entry into force of the Cartabia Reform. One year after its entry into force, it will also be an opportunity to take stock of the efficiency of the legislation reforming civil proceedings, also in light of the imminent publication of the corrective decree thereto.

The conference will be opened by greetings from the President of the Court of Appeal of Lecce, Dr. Roberto Maria Carelli Palombi, from the President of the Court of Brindisi, Dr. Vincenzo Scardia, of the President of the Brindisi Bar Association Daniela Faggiano. It will be moderated by Dr. Ida Cubicciotti, decentralized trainer of SSM Lecce, by the lawyer Roberto Fusco of the Brindisi Bar and will see as speakers: Professor Andrea Proto Pisani, Emeritus of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Florence, Professor Carmela Lucia Perago, Associate of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Salento, Professor Giampiero Balena, Professor of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Bari, Professor Beatrice Gambineri, Professor of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Florence and, closing the proceedings, Professor Claudio Consolo, Professor of Civil Procedural Law at the Sapienza University of Rome.
