NOAL (VENICE) – 5 boys identified, one of which is a minor, who attacked an ACTV driver on May 26th. They were identified by the carabinieri of the Scorzè station who reported five young people held responsible for the attack of an Actv driver on duty on line 5/E which leads from Noale to Venice. That day a group of young people, after an evening at the disco and in the throes of alcohol, had boarded the bus and had first started to annoy the driver, and then hurled themselves against the plexiglass partition of the bus station. driver, who was also physically attacked.
The aggression
Subsequently, after having damaged and opened the doors of the vehicle, forcing the driver to stop the bus, the young people managed to escape. The unfortunate driver had suffered injuries judged to be healable in 8 days.
The police, after having carefully viewed the video footage taken by some passengers and having acquired useful information for the investigation from them, managed to locate and identify the alleged perpetrators of the attack.
The complaint
The young people were therefore reported to the Lagoon Public Prosecutor’s Office and to the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Venice, as they were seriously suspected of causing personal injury, aggravated damage, violence against a public official and interruption of public service. The criminal proceedings are not concluded and the guilt of the subjects will have to be ascertained with an irrevocable sentence.
