The new location saw over 500 athletes compete, mainly from all over Lazio but also from neighboring regions, who faced very intense challenges, in search of personal records and podiums. Casini consolidates with the excellent result of 10″20 his latest excellent performances in speed also at a national level, supported by the fact that the athlete is only in his first year in the category and repeats himself with 6th place in the long run with 4.81 meters, his new personal record. Bertini, however, amazes everyone and in one of her first competitive outings in the high jump she improves her personal best by 14 centimetres, reaching the excellent measurement of 1.59 metres, which places her among the very first jumpers in the region and just touching the minimum by just one centimetre. of participation for the Italian championships. Also competing are some athletes from the Alto Lazio Athletics Student category with Cristian Pagnottella in evidence with his personal best in the 100 meters with a time of 11″56, Tommaso Peroni 11″99 and Michela Castagna 1’08″16 in the 400 meters. Gabriele Gallù’s performance was unlucky as he won his 400 meters series with a new personal best but was disqualified for lane invasion.
