The rescuer would, in fact, have tried to move away, but father and son caught up with him, pushed him, made him fall to the ground and hit him once again with punches and kicks. The boy, now out of his mind, to give support to his father, grabbing a Padel racket, hit him further. The victim fell to the ground unconscious. Transferred to the “San Giovanni di Dio” hospital, the doctors on duty diagnosed the operator with a head injury.
