Big party at Rari Nantes Siracusa house. The “pulcini” team has in fact won the 10th edition of the Milan Cup. It is a tournament reserved for affiliated Milan Academies from all over Europe. The youth football event took place in Cattolica from 14 to 16 June. The Syracuse under 10 team, led by Emanuele Micieli and Giuseppe Di Mauro, passed the group stage without too many worries. In rapid succession, Fatimatraccia, Union Novara and Castello Città di Cantù were defeated.
In the “Red Gold” group they compete with the other top-ranked teams from the other 3 qualifying groups. And also in this phase 3 victories out of as many matches for Rari Nantes. In the final, meeting with Don Bosco Perugia won 2-1.
Rari Nantes returns to Syracuse with important numbers, with 34 goals scored and just 4 conceded. The best scorer of the tournament is Damiano Alessio from Syracuse while the goal scored by Matteo Spina was chosen as the best goal of the tournament.
