Bergamo: At the Donizetti two days dedicated to accountants and accounting experts on the business crisis

The Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bergamo (Odcec) will host next weekend, Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd June, the sixth edition of the national conference organized annually on the topic of business crises and aimed at chartered accountants, lawyers and I noticed.

The event, entitled “Duties and compensation of crisis professionals”, will see the participation of the major experts in the sector and will be held at the Donizetti Theater in Bergamo, to investigate in detail the roles envisaged in the new Code of business crisis and insolvency law (CCII) which came into force on 15 July 2022, replacing the Bankruptcy Law formulated way back in 1942.

The role of experts

Liquidators, assistants, commissioners, advisors: they are the business professionals who, as he says Simona Bonomelli, president of the Scientific Committee of the Order of Accountants of Bergamo, «guarantee the survival of companies in difficulty through multidisciplinary skills and a strategic and proactive approach. They help stabilize companies, protect jobs and maintain investor confidence.”
