Sunday 30 Juneas part of the second stage, the Cesenatico-Bologna, the Tour de France will cross the territory of the municipality of Ravenna. The passage of the runners in our city is expected around 1/1.30pm, but the entire route will have to be closed to transit already from the early hours of the morning, to allow the passage of the caravan preceding the race and for the placement of the signs and the necessary protection and safety devices, which will then have to be removed after the passage of the race, before being able to proceed with the reopening. There may therefore be some impacts on the accessibility of places and activities present along the route and in the surrounding areas, which citizens and managers are invited to take into account.

Entry into the territory of the municipality of Ravenna will take place in Savio and the path And roughly divided into three sections.

The thirdafter Fornace, along via Faentina, up to San Michele, it will be closed to transit from approximately 9am to 2.30pm, barring unforeseen circumstances.
They will be involved in the crossingin a south-north direction, in addition to the same Savio, Fosso Ghiaia, Classe, Ponte Nuovo, the city, Fornace Zarattini and San Michele, along the following streets: via Romea sud from the bridge over the Savio river to the junction with the state road 16 Adriatica; state road 16 Adriatica; via Romea sud from the Classe junction to Ponte Nuovo; Gran Inghilterra roundabout; via Romea; Grecia roundabout; via Romea; via Cesarea; via di Roma; via Sant’Alberto; San Gaetanino ring road; via Maggiore; via Faentina; Swiss roundabout; via Faentina; Spain roundabout; via Faentina; Fornasari roundabout; via Faentina; Andorra roundabout; via Faentina; San Michele roundabout; via Faentina nord up to the border with the territory of Russi.
The northern shores (Casalborsetti, Marina Romea, Porto Corsini) and the more central ones (Marina di Ravenna, Punta Marina Terme, Lido Adriano) will be normally reachable. The state road 16 Adriatica in a north-south direction it will be in fact fully accessible (with the exception of the exit on the provincial road 253 via Faentina) up to the exits on the E45, on via Dismano and also on the Classicana (state road 67).
Dante’s Lido will be reachable either from Lido Adriano across the bailey bridge or from the Classicana (state road 67), via Montebello and via Marabina.
To whom it owes Instead reach the southern shores (Lido di Classe and Lido di Savio) it is advisable to do it in the very early hours of the morning or in the afternoon after the roads reopened. After the Classicana junction, in fact, the Adriatica state road 16 will be closed up to Cervia; for those who have to go towards Cervia, traffic will therefore be diverted onto the E45 and the re-entry onto the state road 16 will take place via the provincial road 254.
The first warning indications will already be provided on the panels present on the motorway network. Subsequently, appropriate diversion and addressing signs will be installed.
Changes to public transport lines Starting from 8am and approximately until 3pm, coinciding with the closure of the roads involved in the route, the affected lines will undergo service variations and may accumulate delaysi. Users of the service are invited to consult the Start Romagna website, on the dedicated page https://www.startromagna.it/infobus/ravenna-deviazioni-per-tour-de-france-il-30-giugno/ to check the changes planned for the line concerned before setting off. Normal service will resume with the progressive reopening of the roads.
