It was requested by the Ministry of Culture. So the Municipality of Tivoli decided to reclaim the property adjacent to the building called Antica Osteria in Via di Ponte Lucano.
This is established by determination number 1638 – CLICK AND READ THE DECISION – signed on Thursday 13 June by the director of the Environment sector Matteo Neri.
With the deed, the Rome-based company “Olympia Building Srl” is entrusted with the clearing of weeds and the cleaning of the areas adjacent to the Antica Osteria, including the vertical walls of the building portions, leveling of the land, and removal of waste materials. , felling of infesting tree species, sorting of waste to be removed and installation of temporary shoring works.
The total cost of the works amounts to 18,150 euros.
It is worth highlighting that on May 7th in a note the Ministry of Culture had requested urgent intervention. Furthermore, last April 15th, the new green area adjacent to the Mausoleum of the Plautii was inaugurated, created with a loan of one million 800 thousand euros granted by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to the Metropolitan City of Rome Capital (CLICK AND READ TIBURNO’S ARTICLE).
