NEW RECRUITMENTS IN THE HOSPITAL IN PADUA
PADUA – Good news in the healthcare field. In Padua the University Hospital has received the regional green light and has opened two important hiring windows. Hiring formalized thanks to two recent resolutions in order to strengthen the ranks of the sector especially during the next summer months. Summer is in fact the period of greatest suffering for healthcare facilities due to the lack of staff, partly also due to the well-deserved holidays. This is also one of the main thoughts for the Unions who feared yet another workload also due to the number of retirements or cuts to holidays. Returning to the news, the reinforcements should exceed 100 professional figures and will mainly include: socio-health workers, nurses, biomedical laboratory technicians and various midwives. Average age of new hires under 35 with the exception of a few over 50s. The risk of these hires remaining a dream was therefore averted, given that in about a month the rankings which allowed the Company to identify the new ones would expire human resources and the long-awaited breath of fresh air. The new ranking, considering the timing of the competition, would not have been available until the end of the year, thus leaving the staff exposed and in difficulty due to the various retirements as highlighted previously.
