The negotiations for the change of ownership at the Rossoneri have concluded: the final outcome is surprising.
It wasn’t a simple end to the season for the club, which failed to reach its playoff objective. A goal that vanished right at the photo finish. The defeat on the last day of the regular season thwarted the great comeback, after a very complicated start in the second half of the season.
The disappointment on the pitch was then accompanied by more bad news for the club. At the beginning of May, the president issued a statement in which he expressed his disengagement and reserved the possibility for the Municipality to look for new buyers.
A situation in which finding a solution was not easy. They were days of anxiety for the club, also struggling with registration for the following season. The latter was ultimately carried out by the current president, even a few days ahead of the deadline set for June 4th.
A great satisfaction for the whole environment, after the many uncertainties. The situation within the company, however, was not clear until a few days ago, when the final verdict arrived.

The answer to all doubts arrived a few days ago, after more than a month of negotiations. Two proposals from two different groups came to the table of the Mayor and, consequently, of the president of the club.
There were several moments during the negotiation and the club several times seemed close to changing ownership. The president seemed ready to leave the helm of the club after three years but did it really happen like this?
Canonico remains president of Foggia, no to De Finis
Nicola Canonico remains at the helm of Foggia, to reveal it is Antonio De Finis to the microphones of “Mythical channel”. The engineer from Foggia, in fact, had been at the center of negotiations for a possible acquisition of the Rossoneri club. After several weeks, however, the parties were unable to reach a final agreement.
As specified by the entrepreneur himself, the protagonists have decided to temporarily suspend the negotiation, De Finis arrived at this conclusion because he considered that the conditions for reaching a purchase in peace of mind did not exist Foggia.
