The Council also resolved that these resources must be used by the Health Authorities for the implementation of regional level projects, referred to in the Timetable mentioned in the introduction and better detailed in specific acts which for this purpose will be adopted by the General Directorate of Personal Care, Health and Welfare.
17 JUN – The Council of the Emilia Romagna Region has decided to assign and grant to the healthcare companies of the Emilia-Romagna Region the total amount of 2,995,160 euros intended for the testing and remuneration of the services and care functions provided within the pharmacies of services.
The Council has decided to acknowledge that the expenditure is financially covered by the following residues of chapter U51660 ”
Share of the national health fund intended for healthcare companies for the remuneration of services and healthcare functions provided by pharmacies (art.1, legislative decree 3 October 2009, n.153; art.1, paragraphs 403 to 406, law 27 December 2017, n.205
) – State Resources” of the financial management budget forecast 2024-2026, residual management, as follows: as for euro 1,497,580.00 under number 3022007760, on which the same were committed in implementation of its resolution no. 382/2022; as for €1,497,580.00 under number 3022011782, on which they were committed in implementation of their resolution no. 2385/2022.
The Council also resolved that the above resources must be used by the Health Authorities for the implementation of regional level projects, referred to in the Timetable mentioned in the introduction and better expressed in specific acts which for this purpose will be adopted by the General Directorate for Health Care Person, Health and Welfare.
