Udine – Shimpei Tominagathe 56-year-old Japanese businessman who was punched during a fight, died on Wednesday 26 June in Udine hospital.

The man had been hospitalized for four days in intensive care. On Tuesday the 25th the commission for the assessment of brain death was activated.

On the night of Friday 21 June Tominaga filmed a group of 5 young people in a state of alcoholic alteration because they were making noise and causing disturbances. The incident occurred around three in the morning in a place that remains open until the morning.

The boys had targeted him and a fight had broken out; one of them had punched him, causing him to fall. He hit his head on the ground and suffered multiple skull fractures.

The young people had all been identified and stopped by the police.

Now for Samuele Battistella, the twenty-year-old from Mareno di Piave (TV), who had thrown the fatal punch, the position has worsened: the crime charged against him is that of manslaughter.
