PLANETARIO CASERTA, ACTIVE PUBLIC NOTICE FOR 4 SCIENTIFIC EDUCATORS – AppiaPolis – News in Real Time

CASERTA – The public notice is active to recruit 4 scientific educators of the Caserta Planetarium by June 24th. After an initial selection based on qualifications, a maximum of 20 candidates will follow a training course at the end of which there will be a narration test and the second ranking will be formed which will identify the 4 winners. The actual entry into service will take place with the subsequent qualification. The notice is intended for: tenured teachers in scientific disciplines serving in state lower secondary schools or upper secondary schools; tenured teachers of secondary state schools in scientific disciplines who retired after 09/01/2018; master’s degrees or old system in astronomy/astrophysics and/or physics (LM17), chemistry (LM54), mathematics (LM40), geology (LM74), environmental sciences (LM75), engineering (limited to classes LM20, LM22, LM29), natural sciences (LM60); three-year graduates and students who will obtain the three-year degree in astronomy/astrophysics, physics (L30) by 12/31/2024.

Luigi Smaldone, scientific curator of the Planetarium; «To satisfy the many requests, in particular from schools, and to expand the Planetarium’s museum offering, it is essential to have the collaboration of other teaching colleagues and graduates in scientific disciplines. We have decided to also open the call to graduates and undergraduates in physics to guarantee efficiency and continuity for the next few years, given the huge investment made by the Municipality of Caserta with the PNRR project implemented and therefore the growth prospects. The ideal profile of the educator of an innovative and special Planetarium like this one in Caserta is anyone who is available to put their scientific training skills into play and to acquire the specific ones necessary to best achieve the specificities required by the service, i.e. communication skills also typical of the performing arts.”
