The Cinisello Balsamo of the future? “It continues to take shape.” Filippo Ielmini, the young councilor of Fratelli d’Italia, has no doubts on the topic and explains his thoughts in a note: “We are talking about a city ready to become increasingly competitive, innovative and sustainable thanks to the implementation of important urban planning and infrastructural”.
“In addition to the redevelopment of the Sports Hallto the realization of Children’s centre and the new sports center in via Bramante, works financed with PNRR funds, – specifies Ielmini, last week it was approved the redevelopment of the former Kanthal area, an industrial area that has been abandoned for over 10 years located between via Leonardo Da Vinci, Alberti and Maria Teresa di Calcutta”. As is known, the project involves the demolition of the old existing building to make room for the construction of a new commercial structure, also intervening on the surrounding perimeter.
“Furthermore – continues Ielmini –, the City Council has definitively approved the project relating to the extension of the M5 metro from Bignami to Monza city, which will see our city as the protagonist with 4 stops out of 11 in total.
Our project has made the operation economically and contextually sustainable
placed our city in a central and strategic position.
Finally, we are happy to have witnessed the spectacular pose of cycle-pedestrian walkway on viale Fulvio Testi, which occurred on the night between 13 and 14 June. A work of strategic importance, capable of connecting the Crocetta district with the commercial and tertiary district in a sustainable and safe way”.
All these projects, launched despite the difficulties linked to the international scenario and the legacies of the past, – concludes the councilor of Fratelli d’Italia – highlight the strength of the concreteness of the Ghilardi administration, capable of planning and creating added value for our community.
