The Virtus Neupharma Imola Company is pleased and proud to announce that it has reached an agreement with the 2004-born playmaker/guard Richard Ygor Morina (185cm x 82kg) who, therefore, has signed a contract renewal valid for the 2024/25 season.
Morina concluded last championship bringing 2.8 points/game to the cause (33% from three / 35% from two / 55% free throws), enriched by 2.2 rebounds and a guaranteed average of 0.7 assists for each game played.

We thought it was right to give him another chance because we believe in him and because young people are unpredictable and could light up. suddenly and make a difference.”

I am very happy to be able to stay here also for the 2024/25 season and not I can’t wait to start thanking the club and coach Galetti in action, for this opportunity, and I’ve been welcomed in an extraordinary way by the club and the fans; was the first as a senior, it was characterized by some difficulties which, although overcome, prevented me from expressing myself to the best of my ability. This year, as an objective, I set myself to continue the path of growth as a player through continuity in the my performances and obviously to help us achieve our collective goals while, if possible, also having fun for our fans.”
