The Cabinet Office reminds you that, by 30 June 2024, all associations registered in the municipal register for at least 12 months must submit the necessary documentation to renew their registration for the current year. The art. 7 of the Regulation for the establishment and maintenance of the Register provides for annual obligations on the part of the registered Associations consisting in the transmission of the following documentation:
1. self-certification of reconfirmation, or update, of the data declared during registration by completing the form attached to this press release;
2. copy of the deed of incorporation or statute (only in the event of modifications);
3. brief report on the activity carried out (type of initiative in chronological order, purpose) in the last year and on the activity planned for the current year;
4. updated list of members with the indication of those who hold the various association roles;
5. last financial balance sheet or statement approved by the Members’ Assembly.
The sending of this documentation by Associations that have not yet done so is essential to maintain registration in the Register and must be done via email to the addresses: [email protected] or cabinet@ cert.comune.andria.bt.it.
In case of failure to send the requested documents, the procedure for exclusion from the Register will be activated.
