His name is Marco Pepe and he makes Bisceglie cry bitter tears. The Amalfi Coast celebrates promotion to Serie D thanks to its captain, already decisive in the first leg, who in the 8th minute of the second extra half scores a lethal and decisive free kick for the 2-1. The first half
Good start for the guest but the first threat is from Amalfi and the goal is with an incursion to the left by Apicella who enters the area but shoots weakly, Suma blocks. The reply from Bisceglie is in Mangialardi’s left-footed shot from outside which Manzi puts into the corner with a great shot from the back. At 22′ the advantage: a free kick from the midfield in the area goes to Lucero who beats the home number 1 with a great header. At 31′ Mangialardi again, this time with his right foot: central shot and saved. A few moments before the double whistle, Suma made a great save to avoid the worst of Aiana’s shot from the edge, which was treacherous due to a defender’s deflection.
The second fraction
Recovery; nothing significant happens until the 21st minute when Costa d’Amalfi equalizes through Caputo, served in the small area by Apicella.
