The Network Run – MolfettaLive.it was another success

Headphones and telephones are of no use in this case. For a few hours they left the office to wear shorts and gym shoes together with their colleagues. They are the people of Network Contacts, a leading BPO and Customer Care company who, on Saturday 15 June, participated in the fifth edition of “Network Run”, the seven kilometer race through the streets of Molfetta. No loser or winner, everyone competed together in an event that goes far beyond competition and competitive spirit. The meeting point at 7.30 in Piazza Garibaldi, where the Network Contacts experience took its first steps. Between present, past and future, a more than symbolic moment. Here, after registration, the athletes warmed up and, at 8.30, started the race. Then they ran to the finish line in via dei Viaggianti where there was a big final party waiting for them, with music and refreshments.

An event that has now become a tradition for the company, which has always been committed to guaranteeing the well-being of its people through various welfare initiatives. «Network Contacts is not simply work but also, and above all, sharing and aggregation. I like to approach the concept of a large community” explains Giulio Saitti, general director of Network Contacts. The lesson of the pandemic has served to refine company policies that promote work-life balance. Various possibilities are offered to people during their day in the company, which has now grown like a citadel. And the “Network Run” is one of these initiatives.
