A stage that knows how to combine celebration and fun with the intense moments of contests, where participants challenge each other with
smile to reach the top positions of the coveted awards, these are the moments dedicated to the music of Comicon Bergamo this year.
Comicon Bergamo’s evening music parties
The moving of the opening hours of the external area of Comicon, much requested by the public, has
led the program to veer towards moments of collective celebration, such as the closures on Friday and Saturday,
real disco moments with bands, DJs and dancers. These are the expected entry times:
- Friday 21 June 3.00pm – 11.00pm
- Saturday 22 June 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
- Sunday 23 June 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
The party includes Friday Giorgio Vanni and a final disco moment, while on Saturday the evening program focuses on the famous Teen Forever Fiestawith a combo of wild artists on stage: the band Stelle di Hokuto, DJ Shiru and the KJ Girls will make you dance by taking up the hits of the 90s and 2000s in an original way.
Cover bands galore
Cover bands have always been the backbone of the musical programs of any festival that wants to give
light-heartedness and celebration, and then the Turin Gremlins propose songs from film and TV soundtracksthe Roman CDA (known for the Mai Dire Goku format) with the music from cartoons, the Artemuse from various areas of Italy who have specialized in Disney and are a supergroup made up of influencers, voice actresses and actresses. The Cartoon Maniac Shows play at home, being from Bergamo, bringing a real event to Comicon cartoon themed musicals which will see around twenty people on stage including singers, musicians, dancers and actors.
Not just covers
The program is rich and varied, obviously: holding the rock flag high with their original pieces are the Stunt Pilots, who cut their teeth at X-Factor and offer their energetic and original concert on Friday evening. K-Pop could not be missing with the No Name crew interpreting the great hits but also proposing their original pieces enriched by high-impact choreography.
The contests
K-Pop and cosplay are the contests that occupy the stage on Saturday and Sunday afternoon respectively, with Saturday also hosting the prestigious Italian final of the national K-Pop Dance Contest for soloists. They will come from various regions to compete for the position of best K-Pop dancer in Italy!
In short, this year in Bergamo the stage is to dance more than to watchjumping with our hands high and singing our favorite songs at the top of our lungs, whether they are in Italian, English or Japanese and Korean!
