Manfredonia ballot, Di Staso coalition: “We will play a constructive opposition role”
In a week Manfredonia will be called to choose the new mayor and the new municipal administration.
In recent days, following the outcome of the first electoral round, as civic and moderate subjects, we have listened and tried to discuss with all the political and civic forces of the city to evaluate the hypothesis of building and sharing a healthy project that is truly useful to our community, putting aside any talk of personal opportunism.
Despite our interlocutions, proposals and all our efforts, therefore, not by our will, it was not possible to define and present – to guarantee the exclusive good and interest of Manfredonia and the citizens – in a clear and transparent manner, without under-the-table games partisan, a political area project compatible with our ideas and our values.
Therefore, we will be in the City Council to play the constructive role of opposition while remaining that civic, plural, loyal, transparent and pragmatic point of reference that our fellow citizens have appreciated in these three years and which good fruits has produced and will continue to produce for Manfredonia.
For us, as it always has been, the good of the city, transparency and loyalty always come first.
